Placing an order on CREO is easy. Browse through our selection of products; click the product you like, pick a quantity and click ‘Add To Cart’.
If you want to pick another item, continue shopping. Or if you’re done shopping, proceed to ‘Check Out’.
If this is your first time shopping on CREO, then register your details with us and create a My CREO Account.
If you already have a My CREO Account, fill in your details and proceed to payment. Choose your payment method and click ‘Buy Now’. Now wait for an order confirmation email, and you’re done.
Click “My CREO Account”.
Fill in your details accurately (fill in all mandatory fields).
Once you’re done, review your details and click ‘Save’.
And your My CREO Account is ready to use.
Creating an account on CREO, makes your shopping experience more convenient. When you log into your account, you have full access to the CREO online experience. Moreover, once you make an account, it allows us to access your details for quick shopping and shipping, without re-entering your details each time you make a purchase.
To reset your password, go to ‘My CREO Account’ on our website, click ‘Forgot Your Password’ and follow the instruction to submit your email address. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you promptly. Just follow the instructions to reset your password, and you’ve got a new password.
Before you change or cancel your order, we advise you to check the status of your order by logging into your ‘My CREO Account’. If you placed an order as a guest, check the order confirmation email sent to you.
If you ordered a product with no customization, you can cancel or change it before it is shipped, which means your order status is ‘Pending’. Once your order status changes to ‘Waiting for Shipment’, we cannot allow any change or cancellations.
If you ordered a customized product, we cannot allow any change or cancellations. Your customized product was specially made for you and if it comes back to us, we cannot restock it.

Returns & Exchange
Returning your item is an easy process. Whether the product you’ve received is damaged/defective, or you don’t like what you received, we will take it back. While the standard duration for returns is 3 days from the date of delivery, we advise you to expedite the return process for any goods that may have been damaged or defective when delivered at the earliest.

All items for return must be in their original packaging and must be unused.
From the day of receiving your order, you have 3 days to return your purchase.
CREO has a strict no refund policy. However, you can order an item of equal or higher value in replacement of the returned item. Or you can opt to receive a CREO gift card of that amount.
CREO offers three convenient payment methods to choose from.
CASH ON DELIVERY
CREO accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as a valid method of payment, only for customers within the UAE. Cash On Delivery gives customers the option to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving the order.
The CREO preferred payment method is by a secure credit card transaction. To ensure your privacy and a safe online shopping experience, your Credit Card Number is protected using secure encryption standards (SSL).
Currently, CREO only accepts Visa, American Express and MasterCard Credit Cards. There is no additional charge for transactions completed using your Credit Card.
Cash On Delivery has an additional charge of AED 15 and requires verification over the phone. However, paying with PayPal or a Credit Card, requires no extra service fee or phone verification.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please go through the below checklist for trouble-shooting:
Check your card’s validity. Make sure your card is not expired. Double-check your card’s expiry date (and other details including Card Number, Name and CVV Code).
Check if the Credit Card Number is typed in correctly. Make sure there are no spaces, dashes or other characters in between the Credit Card Number. And if all mandatory fields are filled in.
Check your Card’s functionality. Call your bank and find out if your Card is enabled for online shopping. Some card’s are for ATM use only.
Check the sufficient limit on your Credit Card.
Check if you completed the 3D Secure Check successfully? To complete 3D Secure authentication your Credit Card must be registered. We advise you to contact your bank, if your 3D Secure Check is not complete.
If all the above-mentioned details are accurate/complete, please call your bank to further investigate why your Card is being blocked.
If you are using a public or business computer, the firewall/security settings on that computer might be blocking the check out functions of the CREO website. The CREO website needs to be listed as a ‘trusted site’ to allow all functions to run smoothly. If you are using your own personal computer, double check the security settings and add CREO as a ‘trusted site’.
If your credit card has been used more than three times to complete a transaction, and your transaction has repeatedly failed, then our system may have blocked it to avoid fraudulent use of your Credit Card.
To rectify, try placing an order with another Credit Card, or wait 24 hours to use the same Credit Card. You do have the option to choose PayPal or COD if you want to place the order immediately.
CREO is an online shopping store. Currently, we do not have any physical store in Dubai (or anywhere in the world). With a flexible Return/Exchange Policy, you can always find/order a new item that fits you better or you like more and it will be delivered to you promptly.

To make sure your products retain their vibrancy and last a long time, follow the care instructions given below:
- Wash inside out with similar colors and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
- Iron inside out on the lowest setting.
- Do not machine dry to protect your garment from fading.
- Lay your apparel flat to dry or tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not use bleach.
Some CREO items, more than others, may be a popular choice for our customers. If you want a product that is out of stock, please contact our team to get an approximate idea of when we will be restocking that product. If we won’t be restocking the product you wish to purchase, our sales representative will be happy to help you find a similar product on the Website.

Yes you can. Bulk buying on CREO is a great way to make a large purchase at a lower price. All bulk purchases are entitled to a discount. However, the final discount will vary with your purchase quantity.
However, as a standard, any purchase quantity of 10 items or above from the same product and design is entitled to a 10% discount.

Bulk buying is an option on the Website, particularly for Corporate Clients. However, resale of CREO items is strictly prohibited. If we suspect you are buying in bulk for resale purposes, we may have to block the order and your account.

Your order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. If your order has been shipped, and you fail/decline to receive the order than your account may be blocked from making any Cash On Delivery orders in the future.
Yes, you can. To change your address you can fill in the Contact Us form on the website or inform the Sales Representative when you receive an address confirmation call before your order is shipped.
No, you can’t. CREO is an online shopping website. Currently, CREO does not accept any orders over the phone. Creating and ordering your item on the website is an easy and secure process. CREO offers a range of templates and designs you can customize. The template contains text, images and color that you can personalize. However, you can upload your own image and customize it completely. Once you’re done customizing, simply click ‘Add To Cart’ and you’re done.

Here are a few tips to help you customize:
- Do not exceed the boundary of the text.
- Do not exceed the boundary of the image.
- Do not use contrasting text on an image.
- Do not overlap images with text.
- Do not overlap one image with another.
CREO has a few guidelines for the type of content you can use and upload on the website. While CREO gives you the freedom to express your thoughts, ideas and beliefs – it is our responsibility to make sure we don’t offend anyone with unacceptable content.
The following content is not allowed on CREO:
- Text or Images that cause copyright infringement.
- Text or Images that depict pornography, nudity or vulgarity.
- Text or Images that bear have inappropriate sexual connotations.
- Text or Images that endorse drug or alcohol or any form of abuse.
- Text or Images that encourage racism or discrimination or hate speech.
- Text or Images that promote violence or terrorism.
- Text or Images that damage the reputation of someone.
- Text or Images that are political or controversial in nature.
Failing to use images or text that are not acceptable, can lead to blocking or termination of your account.
To make sure the image you upload for printing prints to the highest quality, follow the below recommended sizes, format and resolution of images:
It should be in the range of 1800 x 2100 Pixels (12” x 14”)
The images you upload will be converted to 150 ppi (pixels per inch) if they are not already at this resolution. This mean every 150 pixels in your image will become 1 inch when printed. For example, if you submit a 1200 pixel by 1500 pixel image for an apparel product, it will be printed at 8” by 10”. (1200 pixels table divided by 150 pixels/inch = 8 inches, 1500 pixels tableided by 150 pixels/inch = 10 inches.)
